Why isn't pricing listed on this page?

Because it depends on your firm: volume, number of offices, and how deep you want the integration to go. Rather than publish a number that's wrong for most firms, we put together a quote after a short call about your actual intake. There's no obligation and no pressure; most firms have a number in hand within a day of talking to us.

Do we have to change our fax number or our case management platform?

No. DocBridge connects to the fax system and the client management system your firm already uses. Your numbers stay the same, your cases stay where they are, and your team keeps working in the tools they know.

What happens when DocBridge isn't sure where a fax belongs?

It never guesses. Anything below your firm's confidence threshold goes to a review queue, where your team can confirm the match, pick the right case, hand it to a colleague, or just download it, for junk faxes and documents with no case at all.

How long does setup take?

Our engineering team handles the setup with you: connecting your fax system, connecting your client management system, and configuring your naming conventions, folder rules, and matching parameters. Most firms are live within days, not months, and your staff never has to touch a technical setting.

Is this safe for medical records?

Yes. Handling medical records is the core of what DocBridge does. Documents are encrypted in transit and at rest, every action is logged, each firm's data is isolated, and we execute a Business Associate Agreement with every firm we serve.

What about documents that arrive by email or regular mail?

That's next. Email attachment intake and a scan drop folder for physical mail are both on our near-term roadmap, and they'll flow through the same pipeline. Fax came first because that's where the pain is worst.
